Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the state where the job is located.
• 3+ years of experience as a military police officer, corrections officer, armed security professional, or a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Armed Guard Card or license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk for employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution.
• Greet visitors, verify ID, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor credentials per site requirements.
• Monitor access, direct guests, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
• Assist with front-desk communications, including phones, deliveries, and records.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access to the facility, direct guests to appropriate areas, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with front-desk communications, including answering phones, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate security-related records.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have 3 or more years of experience as a military police officer, corrections officer, or armed security-related professional, or be a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
