Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for Milwaukee, WI. The role covers protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

The position offers part-time and full-time options with wages ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. The officer will uphold safety policies and assist in de-escalation and incident response.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to stay calm under pressure and be vigilant.
• Must participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

• Respond to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points.

Security Officer — Part Time and Full Time Available

Site Location: Milwaukee, WI

Wage: $18.00-$21.00/HR

Ability to move into the next full-time position!

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
