Securitas, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a vigilant Security Officer for full-time coverage. You will patrol premises, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies to keep people and assets safe.

You will uphold safety rules, protect information, de-escalate conflicts, and perform entry/exit checks. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or GED, strong communication, independence, and readiness for pre-employment screening; attractive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer/technology skills preferred.
• Prior security, law enforcement or military experience is a plus.

Wage: $20.00/HR

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
