Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility interiors and exterior areas to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Support adherence to site-specific food production, sanitation, and PPE requirements.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.19 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Support adherence to site-specific food production, sanitation, and personal protective equipment requirements while performing assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
