Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting entries and incidents.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying site contacts and responders as needed.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents per site requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting entries, observations, and incidents as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
