As a Security Officer Part Time Access Control Gate in Walworth, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting routine site operations. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, deliveries, and contractors entering or leaving the facility.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and surrounding grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
