You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and assist employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a visible, customer-focused security presence.

This role offers a part-time schedule (Sat and Sun 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with a pay rate of $17.85 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures at a logistics location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor/contractor check-in, and maintain access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms calmly, escalating per site procedures.
• Conduct regular/patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor check-in processes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access concerns, and unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
