Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel, vendors, and deliveries.
• Respond calmly and professionally to access concerns and incidents; escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, and parking areas to identify unusual activity.
• Complete daily activity reports, access-control docs, and incident reports with clear communication.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, access‑control documentation, and incident reports while maintaining clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
