Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation by federal, state and local laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

9:00PM-5:00AM / 5:00AM-1:00PM / 1:00PM-9:00PM Shifts Available - Up to 24 Hours Per Week, Weekends Included in Schedule

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-control logs.
• Control access for vehicles, deliveries, and contractors entering industrial and construction-related areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions or access-control concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
