As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support badge and access control activities, use computer or tablet systems as needed, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate for a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Observe and report conditions that may affect operations or require attention, including unauthorized access, damaged property, or unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulation and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
