Are you ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role?

This position emphasizes building meaningful connections. Share how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Part-time only, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday, 6AM-2PM / 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests.
• Managing access control.
• Performing regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs.
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams.
• Answering questions in person or by phone.
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns.
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass extensive screening processes.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus!
• Possession of a state license if required.
