GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer! If you excel in customer service and enjoy engaging with people, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identity, guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols and inspecting security equipment
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions, writing incident reports, communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
