Tyson Foods in the United States is seeking a part-time Security Guard to protect the facility, monitor access, and perform basic investigations. You will check IDs, inspect carry-ins, and log vehicle movements, while maintaining a safe, secure environment.
The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check. Relocation assistance is not offered, and shifts will be discussed in interview.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the physical security of the facility, including assignments to walking or stationary posts, depending upon the location. The position will require inspection and control of persons and vehicles while entering or leaving the facility.
Specific duties of a Security Guard include:
Days/Hours - will be discussed in interview. This is a part-time position and no more than 30 hours per week will be worked.
Preference given to internal qualified candidates currently employed at this facility followed by candidates from other Tyson facilities then external candidates.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must pass a REQUIRED background check.
