Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check under applicable laws.

• Subject to drug screening where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and employees at a front-desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification/authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor records.
• Answer and route phone calls, receive deliveries, provide directions, and communicate site-specific procedures to guests and occupants.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment; report unusual activity and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and employees at a front-desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Answer and route phone calls, receive deliveries, provide directions, and communicate site-specific procedures to guests and occupants.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and incidents according to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while coordinating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
