Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of residential areas, entry points, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access for residents and vendors and document activity for authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and contact authorities when needed.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and shift communications with a professional presence.

• Fri – 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a high profile residential site in Naples.

The candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills to be able to direct visitors and vendors through the access point in accordance with site rules and regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access in accordance with community policies, document visitor and vendor activity, and communicate relevant information to authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; contact emergency services and/or supervisors when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the residential location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
