Allied Universal in Oxford, NC, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver for a healthcare location. This full-time, unarmed role involves patrolling facilities, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 for unarmed roles, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor flow according to site policies, directing individuals to appropriate departments or resources.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
