Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for overnight patrol duties in Council Bluffs, IA. You will provide customer service, monitor access, patrol facilities, and respond to incidents while upholding site policies and safety procedures.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years in age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, access points, and critical infrastructure areas to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

What You'll Do:
