Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Active Patrol in Bondurant, IA. You will safeguard clients across tech/media/telecom environments, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns through a visible presence, professional communication, and adherence to Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
