Job summary

Allied Universal in Clayton, NC is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting to provide security, monitor access, and respond to incidents. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to carry out site procedures with professionalism.

You will perform routine patrols, support access control, and deliver excellent customer service. Daytime schedule with rotating shifts; competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, donors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly healthcare environment by reporting hazards, facility concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Badge Operations in Clayton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and help to deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
