Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where allowed by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, greet and direct guests, verify visitor credentials, issue appropriate visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Operate front desk communication systems, receive and route calls, monitor security-related alarms and/or camera feeds as assigned, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, support building access procedures, and assist with administrative security-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
