Responsibilities

• Protect the community by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
• Patrol regularly to keep residents, staff, visitors, and property safe.
• Respond promptly to 911 calls and emergencies, direct emergency personnel, and help with crowd control as needed.
• Keep accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation.
• Help with general maintenance as needed, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds upkeep.
