St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is hiring a part-time Security Officer to keep residents, staff, visitors, and property safe overnight. You’ll patrol the community, respond to emergencies, and keep accurate security records.

Qualifications

• Florida security license required.
• 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record required.
• CPR/AED certification within 6 months of hire (EMR preferred).
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Protect the community by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry
• Patrol regularly to keep residents, staff, visitors, and property safe
• Respond promptly to 911 calls and emergencies, direct emergency personnel, and help with crowd control as needed
• Keep accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation
• Help with general maintenance as needed, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds upkeep
