Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer Multi Site to guard multiple client locations in Eugene, OR. The role involves patrolling, monitoring systems, and controlling access to protect people and property.

We offer a 19.50 USD hourly wage with weekly pay, flexible schedules, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life/AD&D, and more. Prior security or military experience is a plus, and pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Maintain a secure environment protecting employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Demonstrate conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Perform access control at security entrances and exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
