Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Spanaway, WA. You will secure a technology campus, deter incidents, and provide excellent service while handling patrols and access control with a valid license.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused campus by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, common areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology and media environment.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
