Salary is paid hourly at $19.74 with a schedule Mon–Fri between 12:00 AM and 08:00 AM. The position requires a valid driver's license and facilitates growth through training and benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Criminal histories considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and the public while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations using emergency protocols.

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a government utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with established site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, access control activities, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
