Qualifications

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or emergency personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per site requirements.

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Seymour, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in an automotive manufacturing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive manufacturing areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
