Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management processes in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Greenwood, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.
