Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Sedalia, MO. You will provide customer service, patrol assigned areas, and deter incidents at a food and beverage location. Join a team guided by agility, reliability, and integrity.

The role is full-time with pay rate $18.96 per hour, involving daytime shifts Monday through Friday. Candidates will undergo background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns clearly and promptly, communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
