Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol Driver in Sugar Grove, IL. You will serve and safeguard clients across industries, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and vendors while enforcing site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site-specific emergency procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol Driver in Sugar Grove, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor authorization as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
