Qualifications

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter to identify hazards and unauthorized access.
• Monitor and control access to assigned areas, verify credentials, and document visitor activity per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency procedures and notifying relevant personnel.
• Prepare clear reports of observations, incidents, and daily activities for Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor and control access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of observations, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
