Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer – Mobile Driver Patrol in Houston, TX. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents across a retail environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays and Sundays are required; a background check and drug screening are standard steps.

The role offers flexible scheduling through our Shift platform, a $15/hour pay rate, and opportunities for growth within a large national security company.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following site protocols.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and potential policy violations to deter theft and other issues.
• Maintain detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift records per site requirements.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.

• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.

• Observe and report suspicious activity, potential policy violations, and/or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel, helping to deter theft and other unwanted activity.

• Maintain detailed and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
