Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by following site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor front-desk communications, cameras, alarms, and access-control systems; report suspicious activity or incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Assist residents and staff with directions, deliveries, amenity access, and concierge-style requests while deterring unauthorized entry.

Pay Rate: $16.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:30 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sun: 11:30 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify authorized access, issue visitor credentials or access devices as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and package logs.
• Monitor front-desk communications, cameras, alarms, and/or access-control systems; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Support residents and property staff with directions, deliveries, amenity access, and other concierge-style requests while helping to deter unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
