• Operate front desk systems, phones, visitor logs, alarms and cameras per protocols.
• Document incidents and communications with clients in shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting and screening visitors, confirming appointments and/or authorization, issuing temporary badges per site policy, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Operate and monitor front desk systems such as phones, visitor management logs, alarms, and/or camera feeds, and report unusual activity according to established protocols.
• Complete accurate written reports and shift documentation, including incident reports, access logs, and client communications, and elevate concerns through the chain of command.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
