• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicant background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk location following site procedures.

• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with responders.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a front desk location by following site-specific, security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct guests in accordance with established access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-\u2013solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Support a professional reception environment by answering phones, providing directions, and communicating relevant information to authorized staff.
• Document incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related observations accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
