Job summary

Harvard Protection Services in the United States is seeking a Security Officer to deliver professional, customer-focused security and life-safety services across our client sites. You will maintain a visible presence, monitor for suspicious activity, enforce site policies, and prepare incident reports while providing excellent service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must hold or obtain a security guard license.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional demeanor and assist customers and staff.
• Maintain visible presence in assigned facility.
• Monitor environment and detect suspicious activity.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Greet customers and respond to inquiries.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Follow emergency procedures and document incidents.
