GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property. The role emphasizes welcoming visitors, controlling access, and providing clear guidance across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The position offers a set schedule (6:00am-4:00pm, Sat-Sun, part time, 20 hrs/week), a competitive hourly wage of $19.20, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.
