Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Incident Documentation in Houston, TX. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.

This full-time role requires at least one year of security-related experience, a high school diploma, CPR certification preferred, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Aged 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations with calm, professional handling.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain orderly entry/exit procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and disseminate information per site procedures.
