Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and emergency procedures at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Patrol manufacturing areas, parking, access points, and perimeter as site conditions vary.
• Monitor visitor/contractor access and document entries accurately.
• Report hazards and security concerns to site contacts.

You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, manage access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking facilities, access points, and the perimeter, with working conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
