As a Security Officer Emergency Assistance in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, service, and/or distribution locations, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document incidents, observations, and irregular conditions and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
