Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Incident Documentation in Portland, TN, to safeguard clients across multiple industries and provide exceptional customer service. This full-time, unarmed role pays $16.42 per hour with night shifts Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, and involves patrols, reporting, and responding to incidents.

You will monitor access points, deter theft, and maintain a visible presence while ensuring compliance with site policies and safety protocols.

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help deter theft, unauthorized entry, and other policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
