As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Operations in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM
• Thur: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office, studio, technology, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
