Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Routinely patrol NH Veterans Home, grounds, and parking lots to prevent vandalism, thefts, and hazards.
• Oversee security system software and manage employee key cards and access.
• Develop and provide training for Security Officer I on systems and camera views.
• Deliver ongoing safety training for staff, residents, and visitors as appropriate.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; maintain duty logs and incident reports.
• Conduct drills for burglar and fire alarms and monitor CCTV as needed.
• Investigate incidents; prepare reports for supervisor; assist with policy development.
• Provide coverage in the absence of the supervisor and coordinate with teams.
