Job summary

The role requires strong observation, communication, and confidentiality skills, along with basic computer literacy and a valid driver's license. Familiarity with access control and CCTV is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs security-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Responds to alarms and provides appropriate assistance.
• Maintains and uses equipment including radio systems.
• Gives initial direction in emergencies and conducts lockdowns.
• Documents incidents and safety irregularities per policy.
• Intervenes in disputes using de-escalation techniques and manages aggressive behavior.
