The ideal candidate will provide safety and security services to ensure the well-being of both people and property by patrolling assigned areas and enforcing rules and regulations. The Security Officer responds to all in-building emergency requests and alarms and provides assistance and coordination. HSHS Security Officers are often the first or last person our patients, visitors and colleagues encounter in our facilities. Therefore, Security Officers are expected to be professional and courteous, while balancing the challenges that occur while working in the hospital environment.
