• Stay informed of events and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

This role provides frontline safety services including monitoring access to restricted areas, assisting with the secure transport of money and gaming materials, responding to incidents, identifying safety hazards, and ensuring adherence to local laws, gaming regulations, and internal controls. Security Officers serve as visible representatives of the organization’s commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and regulatory compliance while operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure casino environment. Starting Pay: $21.00

Responsibilities

• Safely assist in the transport of money, chips, tokens, and markers to designated locations.

• Consistently demonstrate a pleasant, courteous, and welcoming demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.

Additional Requirements

• Standing and walking for approximately 80% of the shift.
• Climbing tasks required approximately 5% of the time.
• Bending and lifting 15% of the time, including lifting up to 250 lbs. with assistance.
• Work performed in a casino environment with exposure to both hot and cold temperatures.
• Exposure to high noise levels and bright lighting conditions.
• Duties may occur throughout a high rise hotel setting.
• Frequent use of stairs, elevators, and escalators.
