Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and vehicle activity; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Hospital Patient Security in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related needs with integrity and teamwork. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
