Job summary

Allied Universal in Aiken, SC is hiring a Security Officer - Hospital (Part Time) to safeguard patients, visitors and staff. You’ll monitor hospital areas, patrol perimeters, and respond to incidents with a calm, professional approach.

Qualifications include 1+ years law enforcement or 3+ years security experience, ability to lift 20+ lbs, vaccination requirements, and a background check. Shifts: DayTimeThur07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 07:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience, 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Document observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:
