Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and help maintain an orderly environment by observing and reporting unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and potential hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity, incident, and shift reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be willing to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be willing to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
