Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR Ready in Leesburg, VA to safeguard patients and staff in a hospital setting. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist with access control, and respond to incidents with professional communication.

The role requires a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid preferred, and flexibility to work DayTime and Weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established facility protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and compliance with site-specific entry procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR Ready in Leesburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a hospital setting. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
