All Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR in Leesburg, VA to safeguard patients, visitors, and staff in a hospital setting. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule with a focus on service and safety.

You will patrol facilities, monitor access, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a visible, helpful presence. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required for driving positions.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine driving and on-foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and medical-related emergencies in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
